14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with ToolkitPlan Connect for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This applies to both Annual and Lifetime purchases, and to both Starter and Agency plans.
To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After 14 Days
Purchases outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund. Annual subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time — you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and won’t be charged again.
Cancelling an Annual Subscription
You can cancel anytime from your payment provider’s customer portal, or by contacting us directly via the contact us form. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless you’re within the 14-day window above.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. The 14-day refund window above applies the same way as any other purchase.
Questions
Reach out via our Contact page, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Read everything before you buy
Plan credits, per-tool costs, and what’s included at each tier are listed in full on the Pricing and Tools pages before you pay. Please read them before purchasing.
API access and any other paid extras beyond your plan’s included credits are billed separately, and you’re responsible for paying for them directly if and when you choose to use them.
14-day refund — no questions asked
Ask for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, and you’ll get it. No usage cap, no explanation required. This applies equally to subscription payments and top-up credit packs.
Once the 14-day window has passed, that purchase is final — except for the billing-error corrections in section 6, which apply at any time.
Canceling a subscription
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard, in one click.
- Canceling stops the next renewal charge. You keep access and your remaining plan credits until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We send a renewal reminder before each charge.
When credits come back instead of money
- Failed run. If a tool errors out, times out, or an AI provider returns no usable results, the credits are automatically returned to your wallet. You don’t need to contact us.
- Truncated or broken output. Report it, and we’ll credit the run back manually.
- Platform outage. If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, tell us and we will credit a pro rata amount to your wallet.
- Billing error. Duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, or charges after cancellation are refunded in full, always, with no time limit.
Paid support and custom features
Need something beyond a standard plan — a custom tool, an integration, priority handling? That’s available as paid support, scoped and priced with you directly before any work starts. Once custom work is delivered, it isn’t covered by the 14-day window in section 3 — reach out through the Contact page to discuss it first.
What we do not refund
- Purchases outside the 14-day window described in section 3.
- Custom or paid-support work already delivered, per section 7.
- Accounts closed or suspended for breach of the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer across multiple purchases.
How to request a refund
- Reach us through our Contact page, using the email address on your account.
- Include your order ID or receipt, the date of the charge, and one line on what went wrong.
- Any credits attached to a refunded purchase are removed from your wallet at the same time.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank — nearly everything is faster to fix directly. A chargeback filed without contacting us first will result in the account being suspended and the disputed credits removed while the case is investigated. We will always provide the payment processor with the account and usage records relevant to the dispute.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Some consumers have a legal right of withdrawal for digital services that runs alongside, and may extend beyond, the 14-day window described above.
