This policy sits under the Terms of Use and describes what you may and may not do with the Plugin and its Tools. Because every AI call runs on your own key and your own server, responsibility for what gets generated and how it’s used sits with you — this policy exists mainly to be explicit about that.
1. Content you may not generate or distribute
- Anything unlawful where you are, or where the content will be published.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form, real or fictional. This results in immediate permanent licence revocation and, where required, a report to the authorities.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating — including using the fitness calculators to build dangerously restrictive plans for others.
- Instructions for weapons, explosives, or the synthesis of dangerous substances.
- Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting, or content designed to defraud.
- Material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that deceptively impersonates a real person.
We are not responsible for any misuse, unethical use, or unlawful use of the Plugin or its Output — since the request is made directly from your server to your chosen provider using your own key, you bear full responsibility for what’s generated and how it’s used.
2. How you may not use the licence
- Reselling. You may sell work you produce with the tools. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, or bundle the Plugin itself into any product or service you sell to others, and you may not resell, sublicense, or share access to a licence beyond your tier’s site-activation limit — none of this is permitted without a separate reseller licence and our written permission. Want to resell or bundle ToolkitPlan Connect as part of your own offering? Get in touch to arrange one.
- Licence gaming. No attempts to bypass licence checks, site-activation limits, or the free-trial abuse checks (one trial per email, phone number, and site domain).
- Extraction. No attempts to recover the Plugin’s licence-validation logic or update-server internals through reverse engineering.
- Misrepresentation. Don’t present AI-generated Output as reviewed by a doctor, lawyer, accountant or other professional when it wasn’t.
3. Your Provider account and its rules
Every Provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Google) has its own usage policy. Using the Plugin to send requests that violate your chosen Provider’s own terms is your responsibility, not ours — we have no visibility into your requests and no ability to enforce a Provider’s policy on your behalf.
4. Verify before you use it
This is AI-generated work. Fact-check claims, figures, and names; review legal or business documents with a qualified professional before signing or sending them; don’t treat fitness or health calculations as medical advice. You need to verify all work before relying on it.
5. Bulk and volume use
Bulk output tools are for your own projects and your own clients. Generating large volumes of thin content for programmatic SEO, review farms, or link networks is a breach of this policy and, separately, a good way to get a website penalised.
6. How we enforce this
- Warning. For most first issues, we email you, explain the problem, and ask you to stop.
- Restriction. Reduced site-activation allowance or the removal of access to specific tools.
- Revocation. Licence revoked with no refund beyond the window in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For the most serious categories — child sexual content, credible threats, fraud, attacks on the platform — we skip straight to revocation.
7. Reporting misuse
If you’ve seen ToolkitPlan output being used against this policy, tell us through our Contact page with links and any details you have. We reply as soon as possible.
8. Changes
We update this policy as new tools ship and new abuse patterns appear. The “Last updated” date will change, and material updates are emailed to registered users.
